On Friday, August 28th, at approximately 6:35 PM, the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office responded to an ATV crash with injury located on 220th Street near 810th Avenue, in Spring Lake Township. Scene investigation determined that the driver of a Polaris ATV, 19-year-old Kaazy Vhaa, from Spring Valley, was northbound on 220th Street when she entered the east ditch. The ATV overturned and Vhaa was injured as a result. Vhaa was transported by Spring Valley Area Ambulance to Western Wisconsin Health in Baldwin with undetermined injuries. Assisting the PCSO at the scene was the Spring Valley Area Ambulance, Spring Valley Fire Department and the Wisconsin State Patrol.
