As KDWA Sports broke the news on our social media channels on Monday, we have learned that longtime Prescott High School Teacher, Coach, Athletic Director, and Assistant Principal Matt Smith will be leaving the school district in June, to take a position within the River Falls District. Smith will be leading the Virtual Learning Program at River Falls, along with teaching Business. Most important, this will also afford Coach Smith more time with his young family. KDWA’s Nick Tuckner has more on the news, and will have more with Smith, this Saturday at Noon, for a special “Prescott Coaches Show”.
