The Hastings City Council has appointed Kelly Murtaugh as the City’s assistant city administrator/human resources director at its May 17 meeting. City Administrator Dan Wietecha presented the info to the Council.
Murtaugh will start in her position on May 19th, and will oversee the City’s human resources, information technology, communications and City Clerk functions, including elections.
