The 316 Project has been temporarily idled down to deal with a design issue that has apparently arisen after the project started. Initial reports indicated that the work was inspected by the state and it was determined that some incorrectly-sized piping had been used. State Representative Tony Jurgens states that work is still in progress on the roadway.
