Freedom Park in Prescott has welcomed the return of some very good “Friends of Freedom Park”, as a herd of goats from Diversity Landworks returned to the park to spend some time feasting on invasive plant species in an effort to restore the natural bluff prairie. Park Director Israel Haas welcomed the goats in a live video on Facebook.
GRRVLC still seeks people to fund a goat to to continue the program. A link to the fundraiser is provided here.
