The Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce has kept in touch with the Mn DOT Project Team for the Highway 316 Renovations and Chamber President Kristy Barse reports that the final phase is almost here.
HPD Deputy Chief David Wilske also urged patience from the public as the project nears completion.
