Hastings Small Business Saturday concluded with the 3rd annual lighting of the Holiday Tree at City Hall Square on Saturday evening. There was a short program featuring caroling by “Joyful Noise” youth choir and remarks from Mayor Mary Fasbender.
State Senator Karla Bigham was also in attendance.
The tree will be lit in the evenings through the holiday season.
