Following up on the Policy 209 and Policy 215 issues facing the ISD 200 School Board, it has been reported that School Board Chair Brian Davis is no longer the Executive Director of the Hastings YMCA, because of accusations of violations of the YMCA Code of Conduct. Davis voted in support of Policy 215 for the School Board as it was being deliberated and passed in December of 2021. The News Department has reached out to Mr. Davis for comment and we’ll provide updates as they come in.
