Barb Hollenbeck, owner and proprietor of SC Toys in Hastings recently made a donation to the City’s Parks and Rec Department for summer programming involving children, the Arts, and local police. She gave a brief presentation at Monday’s City Council meeting explaining the project.
According to Hollenbeck, the $1,500 donation will be used for recreational and artistic efforts for school aged children in different parks this summer.
