After what seemed to be forever in waiting, the new Jersey Mike’s Sub Shop on Vermillion Street in Hastings opened on Wednesday morning. KDWA spoke with manager Mike McGuire, who said the process was long and involved.
McGuire also states that opening day has been an invigorating experience, both for the crew and community.
