Jayne Brand, who has been both the City Clerk and City Administrator for the City of Prescott, has announced that she will be retiring from the City in early November.
In her years with Prescott, she has seen significant economic development.
Her retirement plans include spending time with family.
She began her career with Prescott in June of 1998.
