A joint effort of the Dakota County Soil and Water Conservation District, the MN DNR, and the State Humanities Center, called “We Are Water” is currently on display at Pleasant Hill Library in Hastings. Kevin Smith, with We Are Water, encourages residents to visit the exhibit to learn about the importance of access to clean water.
