Hastings residents with questions about the City’s proposed 2023 Budget and Property Tax Levy are now able to visit the City’s Budget webpage to view more details, including a short video presentation by City Administrator Dan Wietecha. Additionally, the City developed a mailer that was included in the County’s budget mailing. Materials are arriving in homes. A Truth in Taxation hearing is scheduled for December 5 at 7 PM, at Hastings City Hall during the regular City Council meeting.
