On Monday evening, the Hastings City Council welcomed Bryant Ficek, the project manager for the 316 renovations in Hastings to provide a final recap of the project. Interim Public Works Director Ryan Stempski provided some initial comments to Bryant’s presentation.
Ficek started his review with Mn DOT’s view of the completion of the project.
More work is planned in the future for the northern terminus of 316 at 61, near the Civic Center, in the next 5 to 7 years.
