On November 5th, an unidentified person threw a rock through the double-paned viewing window at Freedom Park at approximately 5:05 AM. A security camera video of the event, showing the perpetrator, dressed in a grey jacket and a black face gaiter throwing a rock twice at the window. Management of Freedom Park are asking anyone with information to contact the Prescott Police Department by calling 911, or the Department directly at 715-273-5051.
