The Prescott Fire Department reports that Hancock Mason Lodge #229 of Ellsworth recently made a generous donation to the Department. According to information provided by the Fire Department, the Lodge donated a Green Port Fire Suppression Tool, which will help aid the Department’s firefighting capabilities by giving them a tool for quicker knock down on a fire and added fighter safety by not having to enter the burning room to achieve this knock down. The Department expressed their gratitude for the Lodge while receiving the equipment in a brief ceremony at the Fire Hall in Prescott.
