On Monday evening, Prescott Police Officer Jesse Neely, along with K9 Officer Caesar made a stop at the Prescott City Council meeting to summarize their first months as a team. Officer Neely recounted an early pursuit action.
Officer Neely also said that K9 Caesar is very good at detecting narcotics.
