The City of Hastings reports that the Community Halloween Party, scheduled for Friday, October 28th, has been moved indoors at the Hastings High School, ahead of reported dropping temperatures and gusty winds. The party will have over 30 activity stations, candy and prizes from local businesses, a DJ, an inflatable obstacle course and much more. The party is from 6 to 8 PM.
