A semi-surprise announcement took place at Tuesday’s Hastings City Council Meeting, as longtime Councilperson Tina Folch will be resigning from her seat, coming up on March 11th, as Folch and her Fiance will be making their new home in Hudson, Wisconsin, as they start their new life as a couple.
