In a call from the House Floor late Thursday, Representative Tony Jurgens annouced an agreement has been reached with Mn DOT involving a proposed speed limit increase for a portion of Highway 316 in South Hastings, a topic of several months of discussions among residents, the City and Representative Jurgens.
