October brings the latest version of the HPD Pink Patch Project to help raise awareness and funds to fight Breast Cancer. HPD has joined with several local law enforcement agencies to participate in the Project. Hastings Community Engagement Officer Whitney Rinowski spearheads the Hastings Campaign.
