Bloomington Man Charged in Vehicular Death

A Bloomington man has been charged with criminal vehicular homicide in Dakota County. Neftali Paolo Ramirez has been charged in connection with a fatal collision in Burnsville, that took the like of Erin Claudia Randall of Richfield.
