The Hastings City Council has declared DWI forfeiture vehicles as surplus property and authorized them for public sale. The Hastings Police Department currently has five vehicles that have been obtained through DWI and/or criminal seizure forfeiture proceedings. On October 13th Prescott police stopped a vehicle for speeding on Hwy 10 at Campbell St. Officers found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the car driven by 28-year-old Dallas Eggers of Prescott.
