Kwik Trip and City Council Make Deal on Water Lines

Departure of 14 District 200 Staff Members

The recent District 200 School Board meeting covered a wide range of topics including the departure of 14 staff members due to resignation or retirement. Teachers from McAuliffe Elementary, JFK Elementary, Hastings Middle School and Tilden, as well as food service workers, custodians, student assistants and paraprofessionals will not return for the 2015-16 school year. …

Update: Sidewalk Cafe Approval Process

The Hastings City Council was updated on the Sidewalk Cafe approval process at their regular meeting on April 20th. The process was set in motion when Bella Vista and other downtown establishments expressed a desire to provide sidewalk seating for their customers.
