City of Hastings Cuts Ties with DARTS
The Hastings City Council has approved the termination of a sublease agreement with the non-profit organization DARTS. Effective June 5th, DARTS will no longer lease space in a City building for the purpose of parking vehicles. DARTS is no longer the Transit Link provider in Dakota County. April is National Distracted Driving Awareness Month. 26% of all car crashes involve distracted driving and in the US in 2013, there were over 3000 deaths in car crashes related to distracted driving.
