Hundreds of well wishers showed their support to Red Wing resident Elle Mark, Miss Minnesota 2021 at a reception held Sunday at the St. James Hotel in Red Wing. Elle will be representing Minnesota in the Miss America competition in December. Kathy Shellum, Executive Director of the Miss Minnesota program gives details.
Shellum also stated the send-off was one of largest events for sending a contestant to the Miss America Pageant.
