At Tuesday evening’s City Council meeting, the Hastings City Council had an agenda item to conduct a public hearing on annexation of property in the area of Highway 316 and Michael Avenue. Community Development Director John Hinzman brought the item to the floor.
Hinzman suggested that the hearing could be opened, then tabled.
After opening the hearing, the Council heard comments from several residents, and the hearing was then tabled until the February 7th meeting.
