It is National Fire Prevention Month, and the Hastings Fire and EMS Department welcomed the public to Hastings Fire Hall on Tuesday evening for an open house and demonstrations of various Fire Department operations. Captain Ryan McGraw was there to welcome visitors.
Fire Chief John Townsend commented on the tradition of the open house.
