Body Found in Ravenna Township Identified

The body found in rural Dakota County on Saturday, April 5th, has been identified by the Hennepin County Medical Examiners Office as Carrie Elaine Olson, a 29-year old female from Davenport, Iowa. Carrie was last seen alive on December 28, 2013, at a 7-Eleven Gas Station located at 1636 38th Street in Rock Island, Illinois. …
