Planning Commission Considers Tax Financing District

On Monday, the Hastings Planning Commission deliberated a resolution to affirm that the Hastings Downtown Redevelopment Area and Tax Increment Finance (TIF) District No. 9 conforms to the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
