The Neighborhood Infrastructure Improvement meeting was January 22nd at the Hastings YMCA. The 
improvements will take place at two locations, along Pleasant Drive from Highway 55 to 4th Street and 4th Street West between Pleasant Drive and River Street.
The improvements will be a full reconstruction of the street and underground utilities. The sidewalk on 4th Street will be reestablished and the trail at the 4th and Pleasant intersection, going into Lions Park, will be improved.
KDWA connected with Cody Mathisen, project manager for Dakota County, for a recap of the Neighborhood Infrastructure meeting.
