Prescott Softball Advances, B/G Track Competes in Regional Meet. Hastings Lacrosse Teams Start Section Play.

Prescott softball is moving on after a 9-5 victory over Tomahawk as heard live on KDWA on Tuesday. The Cardinals gave up a run in each of the first three innings but plated two in the first and another in the second to have the score tied at three after the third inning, then gave up two runs in the fourth to trail 5-3, but scored three in the bottom of the inning to take the lead, then added three more insurance runs to secure the victory. Cadyn Hillebrand went 3-5 at the plate to lead the offense, while Quinn Unser drove in three runs, and Grace Ptacek got the win in the circle striking out seven.
