John E. Schaffer, age 93 of Hampton, passed way peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday afternoon, November 22, 2025.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in New Trier, with Father Michael Tix officiating. Interment will follow at the parish cemetery.
Family and friends are cordially invited to a visitation from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., and to a reception following the burial, all at St. Mary’s Catholic Church on December 2, 2025.
