A report of a person who went missing on Friday prompted a large, multi-day search along the Mississippi River over the weekend. 
According to information provided by Hastings Police, the search began after a male was reported to be missing and possibly having entered the water sometime on Friday. Multiple Boats and Drones from multiple departments including the Dakota County Special Operations Team conducted searches over the weekend stretching from west of the dam along the federal land all the way to the marina, but as of Sunday night the search had been suspended due to darkness, and nothing had been located.
It was not immediately clear who the individual was or what they were last seen wearing, but Hastings Police told us that if you have any information at all, you are asked to either call 911 or contact the Hastings Police Department.
