A central water treatment plant and raw watermain update.
According to the City of Hastings update, last week contractors completed installation and watermain testing. Cleanup and restoration is underway for the week of April 27. Roadway excavations will be restored, and replacement of concrete sidewalks and curbs will be done as necessary as work begins for the new pavement surface. There will also be turf establishment and seeding.
