The Hastings baseball team will continue their season after a 6-3 victory over Two Rivers on the road Friday as heard live on KDWA. The Raiders jumped out in front 4-0 after the first inning, getting a pair of two-RBI singles from Zander McVicker and Peyton Perseke, then after giving up a pair of runs to cut the lead in half, Brady Hendrickson manufactured a run off of a leadoff single in the fifth. Hendrickson stole second and third, and the throw to third sailed into left field, allowing Hendrickson to score. The Raiders plated another run in the sixth to grow the lead taking advantage of a Warriors error. Head coach Ryan Stoffel said it was a team win. The Raiders advance to play Eagan on Monday in another elimination game at Alimagnet in Burnsville.
