Another successful edition of Hastings Tastings took place earlier this month, raising money for
Hastings Family Service and allowing 16 local restaurants and food providers to show off their menu to local residents.
Executive Director Amy Sutton said a record $32,000 was raised through this year’s event, with those 16 businesses putting on a show and giving back to the community, and she hopes the community can return the favor.

Sutton said the $32,00 raised from the event will be proportionally matched through the Minnesota Food Share program, and is part of a record-breaking time for Minnesota Food Share and go towards restocking food shelves and providing assistance for local families, including summer lunches.
