During the Joint Powers meeting on Tuesday, January 13th, Scott Stockdale, ISD 200’s Director of Facilities and 
Safety, reported about the meetings between the City of Hastings, Mn Dot, and the Hastings School District regarding the upcoming 2027 HWY 61 construction project. The HWY 61 construction project does affect school property. With talk revolving around Todd Field, Stockdale offers some insight into the matter. Stockdale pointed out that the Todd Field wall is in the easement on MnDOT’s side and looks to be MnDOT’s responsibility, but details are being ironed out.
