It was an exciting event on Thursday night at Treasure Island Resort and Casino as Hastings Hockey unveiled their 2026 Hockey Day MN Jerseys. The uniforms are a tribute to the Prairie Island Indian Community and honor the heritage and their significance in the area.

The Raiders are also expected to receive additional accessories that are similar to the jerseys, which are seen above. The jerseys are white and feature design patterns related to the Prairie Island Community, including a bear in blue and gold. There is also a map on both sides of the jersey
KDWA spoke to several people at the event about the jerseys and the event itself, look for more to come on those.
While Hastings honors the Prairie Island Community, the other four teams will all have military themed jerseys, due to the games being played at United Heroes League, who’s primary mission is to assist military kids and families. You can see all of the jerseys on our KDWA Facebook page.
The jerseys are only expected to be worn one time by the Raiders, and will afterwards be auctioned off or purchased by the families.
Hockey Day Minnesota is set for January 24, we will have plenty more to come.
