Marshall Jeffrey Dohmen was the first baby born at Regina Hospital in 2016. Little Marshall was born in the Birth Center to proud Hastings parents Ryan and Casey Dohmen at 9:54 p.m. on January 3, weighing 8 lbs 0.8 oz and measuring 20 inches long. Nurses at Regina presented the family with a basket of baby goodies in celebration of being the first newborn of the New Year.
